Our family slowly became a MAC house. It started with the iPod, then the iPod Touch and iPhone. When it came time to purchase a new laptop we decided on the iMac and quickly added two MacBooks. We became big fans of Apple products but we found ourselves not utilizing them as efficiently and became frustrated we didn't have them all networked together. I went on-line and found Aaron Yelton who solved all of our problems. Not only did he put together a network and had each machine talking to each other, he increased the coverage of our network and its speed, installed a backup system and put together training for the entire family that helped us understand the power and potential of everything we could be doing with this technology. Aaron is easy to work with and cares about maximizing the potential of the investment you've made. I got a kick out of the fact that I could select where my music was played in the house after he set up my iTunes. Simple thing for him but a mind blower for me. In a world where great service and high value are really hard to find, Aaron Yelton breaks the mold.

When everyone else said nothing could be done, Aaron Yelton found a way to retrieve 3 years worth of data from a dead hard drive. When our server crashed or when we couldn't figure out why we suddenly couldn't print or email, Aaron showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. He has literally saved the day on many occasions.

I know you'll agree with me when I say there are certain people in our lives that just automatically enhance the quality of our day-to-day. For me, it's been my colleague and friend Aaron Yelton of Studio 1 East, in Chicago.

I have known Aaron for a while now since we first met at Lee Hill, Inc. (now DraftFCB Worldwide) in March of '95. I was an art director at the time and really need an IT professional who could truly guide me through Lee Hill’s sophisticated computer system.
